Shipping and refund policy

Shipping Information

Ready to ship t-shirts will be shipped within 7 to 14 business days from the time a customer has ordered one or more products from the website. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic pick up availability will not be available due to ongoing health and safety concerns. All T-shirts will be shipped primarily via USPS first class mail pending availability of the service. If they said service is not available due to economic or environmental conditions the next best substitute service via USPS or UPS will be used to ship your order.
 

All orders are shipped from Manassas, Virginia.

 
Shipping Delays
If at the current time order there is an uncontrollable occurrence the time frame of 7 to 14 days may be delayed. In the event shipping time is delayed for any order beyond three to five business day period, all effected customers will be notified via email or phone call.
 
 
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order on the website you acknowledge that you are aware that you are placing an order for a product that is going to be available and shipped to you at a later date. Customers who place a pre-order for an item(s) are able to request a refund if the item which they have pre-ordered has not yet gone into production. If a pre-order item has moved to the production stage the customer can no longer request a refund.

Refunds

All purchases are considered final and cannot be returned unless the item(s) were damaged in transit. Any customer who would like to request a refund can do so within 2 days of receiving their order. Proof of transit related damage must be provided in order for any refund request to be considered. Refund requests without adequate and/or relevant proof of transit related damage will not be considered. All refund requests sent after the 2 day grace period will be granted or denied at my sole discretion. 

Exchanges
Due to the wearable nature of t-shirts and the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic exchange requests will not be accepted.
This policy may change when the current outlook of the virus improves.
